Markitome’s Personal Website Pack and optional Personal Brand Pack are digital services. No physical product is shipped and no physical shipping charge applies.
When work starts
Delivery begins after payment has been confirmed, your website style has been selected, and the complete content, assets, domain preferences and required approvals have been received. We contact you to confirm the inputs and next steps. Website-only customers provide copy and images; customers purchasing branding agree the content and visual direction with the team.
Initial review and launch
We target an initial website review within two working days after all the above prerequisites are complete. The campaign’s 48-hour initial-build target is conditional on those same prerequisites. It describes the initial build for review, not a guaranteed live launch. Weekends, public holidays, incomplete inputs and time awaiting customer feedback may affect the schedule.
The package includes two consolidated pre-launch revision rounds. You review the draft and return consolidated feedback; launch follows the agreed revisions and your approval. Domain availability, domain/DNS changes and third-party service processing may affect when the final website becomes publicly accessible. We communicate material delays and the revised next step using your supplied contact details.
How you receive your website
Review is provided through an online preview or website link. After approval and launch, we provide the website address and WordPress administrator access for handover. Domain choice is subject to availability and the package’s non-premium-domain allowance. Do not send existing account passwords through the public enquiry form; access requirements are coordinated during onboarding.
Brand Pack delivery
The optional Brand Pack is a separate one-time service covering the nine deliverables listed in the package details. Deliverables are shared digitally through email, files or download links as appropriate. The team confirms the branding schedule after receiving the brief and agreeing the content and visual direction; the website’s initial-build target is not a fixed completion promise for the entire branding package.
Customer responsibilities and delivery issues
Keep your contact email current, provide complete and accurate inputs, check review links and respond to approval requests. If a delivery link does not work, access is missing or you have not received an expected update, contact us with your order reference. Additional work outside the agreed package requires a separate quote.
Renewal and cancellation
Website services renew annually under the agreed plan. Optional branding does not renew. Please review the Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation of future renewals and the treatment of paid amounts.
