Terms & Conditions

MARKITOME · CAMPAIGN INFORMATION

These terms cover the personal website and optional branding services offered by MARKITOME PRIVATE LIMITED through campaign.markitome.com. Please read the package details and these terms before placing an order. An enquiry alone is not a purchase, confirmed booking or reservation of promotional pricing.

Our services

The Personal Website Pack includes a template-based WordPress website of up to five pages, a non-premium domain subject to availability, hosting, SSL and two consolidated pre-launch revision rounds, as described on the India package details page. The optional Personal Brand Pack includes the nine deliverables listed there, for one person. Additional pages, custom development, paid licences and work outside the published scope require a separate quotation and agreement.

India pricing and annual renewal

The India first-year promotion ends on 30 November 2026 at 11:59 pm India Standard Time and applies to eligible credit/debit card subscription payments. The corrected first-year discount is ₹9,440 against the GST-inclusive annual amount. Before authorising payment, check that the first website payment is ₹9,438.82. If the amount differs, close the payment window and contact us.

The annual website mandate covers the initial year and up to four further annual payments. The number of billing cycles and renewal amount are displayed before authorisation. You may cancel future renewals as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. International campaign prices are shown on their respective campaign pages; these INR figures apply to the India offer. Monaco and Malta enquiries do not authorise payment or a subscription.

Order confirmation and payments

When payment collection is available, payments are processed by Razorpay. A submitted form or pending payment does not establish successful payment; we confirm payment against the provider’s records. Optional branding is paid separately after the website payment and recurring mandate are confirmed. A failed branding payment does not reverse a successful website purchase. If your account was debited but the order is pending, contact us with the payment reference before attempting another payment.

Inputs, delivery and revisions

You must provide accurate contact details, approved website content and assets, your style selection, and the permissions needed to use submitted material. Website-only customers supply their copy and images. Initial review is targeted within two working days after payment confirmation, style selection and receipt of complete inputs. The campaign’s 48-hour initial-build target depends on these prerequisites; it is not a guaranteed public-launch deadline. Revisions, feedback, domain availability and approval can extend launch. Content, access and third-party services

Submit only material you own or have permission to use. Do not supply unlawful, infringing or misleading material. Third-party fonts, images, themes, plugins, domain registration and hosting remain subject to their applicable licence or provider terms. WordPress administrator access is provided at handover; keep those credentials secure. Customer changes, new features and work beyond the package’s published maintenance scope may require a separate quote.

Cancellation, refunds and customer rights

Payments are non-refundable after payment, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancelling future renewals does not refund a period already paid. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing.

Privacy and support

Our Privacy Policy explains how enquiry, order and payment-related information is handled. For scope, delivery, payment or policy questions, contact Markitome. Changes to published policies will show an updated effective date; the terms agreed for an existing order are not changed retroactively without an applicable basis.
